# Voxmint

> Voxmint (voxmint.app) is an AI text-to-speech and voice-design web app with 113 natural voices in 24 languages, including Vietnamese, Cantonese and Hindi, built on open models (VoxCPM2 and VieNeu). You can pick a ready-made voice or describe a new one in a sentence. Voxmint does not clone real people's voices.

- Voice design: describe a voice in a sentence and the app creates it; no recording needed
- Free plan: 30,000 characters a month, personal use; any paid plan or pack includes a commercial licence
- Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters count as 2 characters
- The studio and the REST API share one balance
- Not offered: voice cloning, real-time voice agents
