Questions

Both run VoxCPM. What is the difference?
Voxmint runs VoxCPM2 and builds named catalogue voices on it, each fixed so it sounds the same every time. TTS.ai lists VoxCPM 1.5 among many models and bills it at twice the base rate.
Is TTS.ai cheaper?
For its free models, yes. For VoxCPM, Voxmint is cheaper: $16.67 against $50 per million characters on the entry plans, and $15.00 against $29 on the larger ones.
Can I use free-plan audio commercially on either?
No. Both free plans are for personal, non-commercial use. TTS.ai changed this on 14 September 2026.
